LOG MATERIALS
- All of Sisson Log Homes's logs are available in kiln dried Eastern White Pine or Western Red Cedar timbers.
THE INTERLOCKING WEATHER SEAL SYSTEM
- All of log systems feature an interlocking tongue and groove. During construction, the tongue and groove channels between the courses are filled with an expanding liquid urethane product that acts as both a weather seal and a glue. The logs are fastened together with a specialized, self drilling, self tapping, teflon coated log screw that is easily driven with a 1/2 " drill.
"D" LOGS OR SQUARE
- Logs are available in different styles, Classic, Chink and Shadow. The standard finish is smooth, the finish is available for inside and /or outside.
KIT Vs. SITE-CUT
- We know that cutting saves you money in the long run and allows maximum flexibility in design, placement of select timbers, and last minute modifications. You are free to build virtually any configuration you desire without the limitations imposed by a pre-cut package.
